Prescott-Martini an interesting update

A hearty Welcome, from a sad Packers fan ( see picture below ) who now lives in New Zealand... where football is Soccer and yesterday our ladies team lost 4-0 to the US team (World Champions)

2022 was a bumper year for levies by the FCC, FTC, and various states. They have proposed some very serious fines totalling approx. US$1 billion against carriers and their owners, where serious Robocalls and Fraud violations have occurred. And often they demand the owners leave the industry, not to return for decades, if ever.

We anticipate that the enforcers will continue to police our industry even more vigorously in 2023

I thought that you might be interested in the following comment from Robert Jackson, a respected telecom attorney who specialized in the regulatory environment, and a hint of what we have been developing.

My best wishes for 2023
David Stubbs.

"Text messages can be a wonderful way for businesses, governments and nonprofits to communicate with customers, residents and other people. It's not just for personal messages. However, text messages can and are used to defraud people. Many people receive multiple fraud-related text messages each week despite the efforts of the Industry. Those messages often contain dangerous links or telephone numbers linked to criminals. Until the Industry can develop the technology to identify and block sources of fraud quickly similar to how top-notch companies like Prescott-Martini and YouMail do, the FCC needs to regulate in this area. The Free State Foundation is wrong on this one."

We appreciate what Mr. Jackson has said about Prescott-Martini, and what we do. What he may not be aware of -- because we have not publicly released it yet -- is that our new artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning platform can not only track and identify robocalls and TCPA defined fraudsters, but it can do the same for text messages.

Beta trials with our Google-affiliated partner had 97% success rate in identifying robocallers and fraudsters in our December trials, and our software platform is quite capable of doing the same for fraud related text messages.

We will be releasing further details shortly, if you want to be the first to hear about our unique service, email us today
